The 11th La is made up mostly of members of the Lt. Gen. Richard Taylor Camp #1308 of Shreveport, La- however we do have few members from other camps as well. Some re-enacting groups are about the "hobby" or only in portraying the soldiers life. We of the 11th La partake of these ideas as well, however we also have a larger mission.
We are dedicated to teaching the true History of the South, perpetuating the good name of the Confederate Soldier and Vindicating the cause for which he fought.
